Review the Fall 2026 programs and decide whether the structure fits your season.
Structured online off-ice coaching for competitive skaters who want measurable progress. Each program is built around the athlete's season, level, and goals.
Strong skating comes from training the right qualities, in the right order, long enough to transfer. Each program targets the athlete's level, season, and physical gaps, then adjusts week by week.

Ksenija is a very thorough and extremely knowledgeable coach. She genuinely cares that her students learn the proper technique for each element. She provides useful corrections, demonstrations and education to her students. She is not only addressing their physical and mental health during the practice, but gives useful information on how to promote recovery after the training.
We met Ksenija two years ago. With her, we managed to master the Axel, and ever since then we’ve been constantly looking for opportunities to train with her. She is a very young yet incredibly dedicated, kind, and truly professional coach who teaches her athletes with consistency, the right amount of strictness, and endless care and patience—not only on the ice but also through online training sessions. Every athlete dreams of a coach like her! Keep up the amazing work, dear Ksenija!
Every program is run personally: no assistants, no templated plans, one athlete at a time.
